E-Reporters

We seek qualified E-Reporters to report depositions and arbitrations; agency and public hearings; town meetings; and board and committee meetings. E-Reporters digitally record and report, swear in deponents or witnesses, receive and mark exhibits, manage the recording, log exhibits and notes, code who speaks when, and prepares files for immediate delivery.

Realtime Reporters

Cambridge Court Reporters seeks real-time reporters to join our team. We look forward to working with you and we pay promptly.

Legal Transcriptionists

Cambridge Court Reporters seeks experienced legal transcriptionists. Accuracy and reliability are paramount. Experience in a particular legal, medical, or scientific specialty is a plus. We require testing. If interested, please send your cover letter and resume, three references, and two transcripts (required).

Proofreaders

Precision and reliability are our hallmarks. Each transcript is checked for accuracy and formatting. Proofreaders must have proven experience in legal documentation. [Positions currently filled, 9-17-11]
